The climate in Bilbao is temperate, so in summer it is not hot here at +25 and +26 °С, but in winter there are no minus temperatures, the minimum that was fixed here was +5 °С. At the same time, the close location to the water and the surrounding mountains create a kind of greenhouse effect, so both in summer and winter it is quite humid here, despite the lack of precipitation.
