How to Bake Mouth-Watering Potato?

Baked potato with mushrooms

The aroma of mushrooms, ruddy potatoes, golden cheese crust – this is not a masterpiece of culinary art, which wins hearts from the very first seconds with its simplicity of preparation and excellent taste.

Ingredients:

  • Medium-sized potatoes – 6-8 pieces.
  • Mushrooms (champignons or any others) – 400 g.
  • Medium-sized white onion – 1 piece.
  • Sunflower oil – for frying.
  • Medium fat sour cream – 6-8 tsp.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g.
  • Salt – up to the taste.
  • A mixture of ground peppers – up to the taste.
  • Fresh parsley – for serving and garnishing.

Cook it the following way:

Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold running water. Boil in a uniform until half cooked. Then cut lengthwise into two equal parts, and form boats with a teaspoon.  Mash the potato pulp with a fork or grind it with a knife and then send it to the frying pan. Fry for about a minute in a little sunflower oil.

Peel the onion. Chop and add to potatoes, stir. Cook for two to three minutes.

Wash the mushrooms. Dry with paper towels and cut in small pieces. Pour it into a frying pan with the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Stir gently. Cook for another five to seven minutes. Cool to room temperature and add sour cream and some grated cheese. Stir.

Stuff the boats with the resulting mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top. Put on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment. Send to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Baked potato with bacon

Bacon-baked potatoes are another great substitute for chips and store-bought fast food. This dish goes well with any sauce, mustard, herbs, and vegetables. So feel free to cook and serve as soon as possible, because it smells so delicious.

Ingredients:

  • Large potatoes – 2 pieces.
  • Bacon – 12 slices.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • A mixture of ground peppers – to taste.
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves.
  • Dried paprika (not smoked) – to taste.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – to taste.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g.
  • Fresh parsley – for serving and garnishing.

Cook it the following way:

Wash the potatoes well, then clear them. Cut each tuber into six even slices. In a bowl, mix the garlic passed through a press with grated cheese, paprika, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, and a mixture of peppers. Roll the potato wedges in the resulting mixture. Then wrap each of them with a strip of bacon. Put on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment. Send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for forty-forty-five minutes or bake until golden brown appears;

In about twenty minutes it is necessary to turn the potatoes to the other side. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy it.
