Any training transferred to the pool works in a complex: you can pump endurance, strengthen the muscles of the core, the press, “pump” arms, and legs. During intense swims, weight loss is excellent: along with running, this is an excellent cardio workout. Swimming and related forms of fitness are also ideal as a rehabilitation practice.

How to choose “your” type of fitness?

In order not to get bored and work out different muscle groups, it is better to choose 2-3 fitness areas or change them regularly. Different types of physical activity or a combination of them give the best result.
